SIS NAILS & LASHES + POLICY
Proper sanitation is the most important here at SIS NAILS & LASHES. All metal nail care tools are sterilized and sealed in a pouch until next use. For your health and safety, pedicure liners are discarded after each use. All tools used for pedicure and manicure services, except metal tools being sterilized, will be disposed afterwards.
Our Pedicure chairs come with the latest technology and are being cleaned for each and every client.
SIS NAILS & LASHES is committed to providing a relaxing and delightful atmosphere. The following policies are intended to enhance customers’ experience while visiting our salon.
Appointments
• Walk-ins are always welcome.
• We recommend booking appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your requests.
• The appointment is available to reserve on our website at www.sisnail.com or through our iOS/Android app or Scan QR- Code below or call us at 480-687-8856
• Not all services are available for online appointments; please contact our salon to make a specific reservation and/or request.
• Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow plenty of time to park your car and avoid traffic.
• If it appears that you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment please call us and we will hold for 10 minutes, after that time we consider a "NO SHOW" and have to reschedule for your next convenience time.
Group Reservation
For a group of 4 or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. A 10% service charge will be added to the total amount upon service completion. Complimentary tipping is at the discretion of our guests.
Cancellations
• We require that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. A $25 fee will be applied to cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Group cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.
Gratuities
• Service prices do not include gratuity. Complimentary tipping is at the discretion of our guests. SIS NAILS & LASHES Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.
• For convenience, we gratefully accept CASH, ZELLE, VENMO or CREDIT CARD for gratuity. A generous tip of 20% or more is greatly appreciated.
Gift Cards
• SIS NAILS & LASHES Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to secure an appointment or pay for no-show penalties or gratuity.
• SIS NAILS & LASHES is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Payment Methods
• SIS NAILS & LASHES welcome Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
• We do not accept personal checks.
For Your Comfort
• Please inform the Nail Salon manager if you have any concern about our service.
• SIS Nails & Lashes only uses our tools and products. For your safety, we cannot use your personal tools.
• Please feel free to request a male or female nail artist / cosmetologist.
• Our salon is a smoke-free environment. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
• Please be considerate for other clients to maintain a relaxed environment. Please keep the cell phone on mute or vibrate mode, and keep all phone calls to a minimum.
• Our services are reserved for you and other clients to enjoy relaxation. For this reason and for insurance liability, please supervise small children by an adult at all times.
• If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped, we will fix them at no extra charge if you notify us within 24 hours of the service.
• You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.
• We will charge the costs of any repairs or replacements for any damage that you have caused intentionally or accidentally or negligently. For example, due to your own lack of care for your nails, or the finish to your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).
• If you have any questions on how to care for your nails please ask the nail technician.
• We will not offer any refund or credit because you have simply changed your mind at the time of service being rendered.
• DISCLAIMER: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOST OR DAMAGED CELL PHONE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS (including clothing or accessories).
• As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails or pedicure.
Refusal of Service
Maintaining a safe and friendly environment for our guests and staff is one of our top priorities. Please inform our friendly staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
⛔️ WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
• Anyone with a nail condition that may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health who may have contagious disease, or if we fear that our services could worsen one’s health.
• Diabetes Client: Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO NAIL CUTTING OR TRIMMING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
• We do reserve the right to refuse alcohol to those who appear intoxicated.
• FOR CUSTOMERS SAFETY: It is manufacturer’s recommendation that Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. Please let us know if there is any other way we can accommodate for your safety and satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding.
